About Idyllwadz
180 Acres of Organized Chaos
Perched at 5,413 feet in the San Jacinto Mountains above Idyllwild, California — the Lipton family compound sits on 180.57 acres of pine forest, granite boulders, and pure mountain attitude.
The main house is an A-frame chalet built directly into the boulders. Floor-to-ceiling glass. Stone chimney. A wraparound deck with views that make you feel unreasonably good about yourself.
Also on property: a cottage, shooting range, radio tower, two pump houses (east and west), and a Starlink dish on the roof because the WiFi rips and that's non-negotiable.

The Crew
Friends who collectively have too many opinions about zip lines
The Animals
Two donkeys. A rotating cast of chickens under the Wadz Huevos brand. Various goats. Wildlife that did not sign any lease.
The Shooting Range
Full shooting range on the southeast corner of the property. Safe, legal, and a completely normal thing to have.
The Infrastructure
Radio tower (west parcel), two pump houses, east and west wells, and StarLink. Off-grid capable. Very much on-grid by choice.
The Wildlife
Bears, mountain lions, bobcats, hawks, deer, coyotes — all confirmed on Spartan trail cams. This is their mountain too. Technically.
Wadz Huevos
The official egg operation of Idyllwadz. Free-range mountain chickens. A fully branded enterprise. No we're not sorry.
The Matriarch
From Spain. Explains the passion for the property, the cooking, and the very strong opinions about everything. Clarifies nothing else.
